As Ghostbuster news reported:
Mr. Dan Aykroyd is coming to San Diego. He’s not here on Ghostbuster business but he’ll be doing a panel on Thursday night:
The panel will promote The Blues Brothers: The Escape of Joliet Jake, a new graphic novel continuation of the classic film. Overseen by Aykroyd and developed in collaboration with the late Judy Belushi Pisano, the project aims to keep the music-fueled chaos of Jake and Elwood alive for a new generation. Joining Aykroyd on stage will be his daughter Stella Aykroyd, Luke Pisano (son of Judy Belushi), James Werner, and the team from Z2 Comics. The panel takes place on Thursday, July 24, from 4:15 to 5:15 PM in the Indigo Ballroom at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
Just a heads up. Hope those who go have a great time!
Just announced…The artist Jason Edmiston (booth, #5015 in the Illustrators section) is bringing some kickass Ghostbusters prints of Slimer and Slimee Peter Venkman
