Get ready for a ghostbusting good time at Crossrip 2024  This will be our second annual Muster Photo, followed by our biggest new hosting gig at Werewolf Pub during San Diego Comic-Con! Join us on July 26th for an electrifying Ghostbusters event that promises fun, thrills, and plenty of excitement!

Event Schedule:

5:30-6:00 PM: Ghostbusters Meetup & Photos

Kick off the evening with a muster of Ghostbusters fans and cosplayers. Snap photos with the team, show off your gear, and get ready for a night to remember!

7:00 PM: Werewolf Pub Event

Head inside for an evening of themed drinks, delicious pub fare, and a chance to mingle with fellow fans. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and celebrate your love for San Diego Comic Con, as well as the Ghostbusters franchise.

8:00 PM: Trivia

Test your Ghostbusters knowledge with a fun-filled trivia contest and win awesome prizes. Show off your expertise and compete with other fans!

8:45 PM: Raffle winner’s Announcement

Three wonderful prizes will be given to the lucky raffle winners! Most of the prize bundles are curated with items from local artisans

9:00 PM: Karaoke

Wind down the night with some karaoke fun! Sing your heart out to your favorite tunes, including Ghostbusters classics, and enjoy the company of fellow fans.

All night long, enjoy themed drinks, meet amazing people, and celebrate all things Ghostbusters. We cant forget about this wonderful cause: donations from this event, including raffle tickets and drink sales will be donated to RAINN.org (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization!!

This is the big one folks!

Ghostbusters Day 40th Anniversary was a day to be reckoned with, as we had multiple events and hundreds of miles to traverse! But don’t worry, we’re always ready to believe you!

Our first stop of the day was The Great Prop Swap brought to us by the folks at TD Outpost. A grand display of props and other cosplay teams in the neighborhood, we were quite the presence with an Ecto 1 and proton packs on display.

And then we were on the road… to Culver City aka SONY PICTURES to be precise! Sony spared no expense, inviting the local GB Chapters in the region to come down to the studio for a private screening of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. After the screening, we were free to check out the studio, taking in the sights of both the original screen used Ecto-1 and the Ecto from Frozen Empire. We also got inside Ghost Corp’s main office, where more props were on static display.

Perhaps the biggest highlight was that we were able to give our team patch to Eric Reich, the Executive Producer of Frozen Empire and SVP of Ghost Corps! We’re on the wall now!

Spring is here but so are the banshees! But fortunately San Diego’s premiere paranormal eliminators were out on patrol along with the Legacy Causeplay Society. It was a great day and we also had a run-in with Legendary Baseball Player and State Senatorial Candidate Steve Garvey!
